Festival tickets may be purchased from:
• Biletix Call Centre (0216 556 98 00), Biletix retail outlets and www.biletix.com
• Main box office at İKSV: Nejat Eczacıbaşı Binası Sadi Konuralp Caddesi No: 5 Şişhane (between 10.00-18.00 hrs, except Sunday) and
• Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theatre (from 15.00 hrs, on the venue’s concert days).
No service charge is applicable at the Main Box Office and the venues (on the day of performance). Other purchases will be subject to service charge.

STUDENT TICKETS
A limited number of discount student tickets will be available. At concerts with only seated tickets, student tickets are reserved from the lowest price category. No student discounts is applicable to other categories.

TULIP MEMBERS
Black and White Tulip members are entitled to a discount of 25% while 20% discount is applicable for the Red and Yellow Tulip members. The right to buy discount tickets is limited to two (2) for each concert for all Tulip members.

WARNINGS and REMINDERS

Recording Devices: It is strictly forbidden to make audio or visual recordings of the concerts using cameras, mobile phones or any other recording device.

Children age limit: You are kindly requested not to bring children under age 7 to the concerts.

Returned tickets: Purchased tickets shall not be returned or redeemed unless the concert is cancelled or its date changed, in which case such redemption or return should be effected on the concert day.

Venue change: Concert venues may be subject to change due to reasons unforeseen. The Festival will ensure a seating plan close to the original in the best way possible.

Change in programme: The Festival reserves the right to alter the program or atists due to reasons beyond its control.
