This year, the festival presents a new section dedicated to musicians who open up new horizons in jazz music with their innovative and creative projects. Tonbruket, bassist Dan Berglund’s band, who worked with Esbjörn Svensson in e.s.t, will start the night at the Tersane Stage that stands out with its spatial properties and genuine atmosphere. This concert will be followed by İlhan Erşahin’s “Love Trio”, which will be accompanied by master percussionist Arto Tunçboyacıyan. The marvellous closing of the event is by Randy Brecker/ Bill Evans Soulbop Featuring Medeski, Martin & Wood.
