Another free event is added to the programme with a festival surprise: Ah Şu Cazlar Blues’lar. Situated on the bank of the Golden Horn, this event at the Halıcıoğlu Park will deliver the energy of music outdoors with the performances of the clarinet master Ramazan Sesler pursuing a family tradition of three generations, American brass band Soul Brass Band, and Mood Band that gathers together Syrian musicians who find remedy to wounds of war in music.
